We have a strong connection to the community and veterans.
Initiated by coach Joe Esparza, all of our coaches have had the opportunity to support warriors as part of a coaching program for the organization Warriors and Quiet Waters.
Warriors and Quiet Waters seeks to build resilience in warriors through a combination of fly fishing and coaching.
Volunteer Work
As part of the Coaching CX program, our coaches have served as lead coaches and also worked 1:1 with the veterans.
Results
Consistent with the organization’s goals, the coaching programs have served as a catalyst for positive and meaningful change in the lives of post-9/11 combat vets. with goals chosen by the vets. 20 veterans have been through the CX program since it started in 2017.
