  • Emily is a passionate and dedicated coach and I was extremely blessed to work with her a few years ago, right as I was transitioning into a new role in a new organization. Her wisdom and expertise really opened my mind to the benefits of the Stakeholder Centered Coaching approach, and I found tremendous value during our time together. She was, and is, an incredible supporter and I strongly believe that with Emily's coaching, I was prepared for a big promotion that came along a few months later.

Designed To Work With Participants’ High Demand Workloads

The program is tailored for busy schedules, requiring women to commit only 2-3% of their work week.

Participants attend a once weekly, lunchtime 30-45 minute facilitation session and spend only 15 minutes each remaining day of the week applying what they’ve learned.

Compliments and Aligns with Companies’ Talent Strategies and Efforts

Many companies actively support the professional development and success of their female employees.

To support companies’ talent efforts, participant’s sponsors may request our Talent Alignment Program Recommendations Guide. This guide provides guidance on how they can prepare the participants for the program and align the program with their talent development strategy.

To help women leverage that support, we provide resources participants can use to successfully initiate a conversation about the program with their manager or HR teams. This includes a request for their manager’s support and use of professional development funds for program enrollment.
